Consent to personal data processing

Text version 2026-10-20. Prepared under Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 7 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Art. 9 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

By ticking the box in the subscription form on acrosstheworldtoyou.ru and confirming the subscription with the link in our email, I freely give the following consent to the individual entrepreneur Ivan Kolle (Russia, INN 771687954422, OGRNIP 320774600175999, email personal@ivankolle.com; the “controller”).

1. Consent to processing of my personal data

1.1. Purpose: sending me emails about the game Across the World to You — its release, new chapters, events and offers — and keeping a record of my consent, confirmation and unsubscription.

1.2. Data:

• email address;
• newsletter language (English or Russian);
• date and time of consent, confirmation and unsubscription;
• the version of this consent text I accepted.

No name, phone number or other details are requested. The IP address is used only at the moment the form is sent, to protect it from abuse (rate limiting), and is not written to the subscriber database.

1.3. Processing: collection, recording, storage, updating, use, restriction and erasure, by automated means.

1.4. Where and by whom. The data is stored and the emails are sent from servers in Russia by Yandex.Cloud LLC (Moscow), which acts as a processor on the controller's behalf. Russia has no adequacy decision of the European Commission; if you live in the EEA or the UK, by subscribing you explicitly consent to your email address being stored in Russia (GDPR Art. 49(1)(a)). The controller does not sell or share the data with anyone else.

1.5. Duration. Until I withdraw my consent. If I do not confirm the subscription, I receive no emails other than the single confirmation email, and the request is deleted within 30 days. After withdrawal the data is erased within 30 days; the controller may keep the fact and time of unsubscription for as long as needed not to email me again.

1.6. Withdrawal. At any time and without giving reasons, as easily as I gave it: with the “Unsubscribe” link in every email or by writing to personal@ivankolle.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.

2. Consent to receive emails, including promotional ones

2.1. I agree to receive emails about Across the World to You at this address, including promotional ones about new outfits, bundles and shop offers.

2.2. Emails come no more than a few times a month. I can opt out the same way as in 1.6; sending stops immediately.

3. My rights

I have the right to access my data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (in the EU — in my country of residence). Requests: personal@ivankolle.com; we reply within one month. More in the Privacy Policy.

4. Age

The newsletter is meant for adults. If you are under 16 (or the lower age set by your country in the EEA), please subscribe only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

5. Version

Text version 2026-10-20. It is stored with your subscription. If the text changes, the new version appears on this page; existing subscribers stay on the version they accepted until they agree to a new one.
