Outside Russia: Google Play and the App Store
You pay with whatever method your Google Play account has: card, carrier billing, gift card or balance. On iPhone (once released) you will pay through the App Store. The store processes the payment, sends the receipt and handles refunds under its own rules. The game only receives confirmation that the purchase went through.
In Russia: T-Bank
Players in Russia pay inside the game through the T-Bank (TBank JSC) secure payment form: Mir cards, SBP (Faster Payments System) or T-Pay. Payments may be confirmed with 3-D Secure. The bank's payment system complies with PCI DSS; card data is entered only on the bank's page over an encrypted (TLS) connection and never reaches the game, this site or the seller. An electronic fiscal receipt is sent to the email or phone you enter. The full terms are in the public offer (in Russian).
What you buy
Everything is digital: in-game currency and items. Nothing is shipped. A purchase is added to your game account as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. See the full list on Shop & prices.
If a purchase did not arrive
- Check your internet connection and restart the game: delivery is retried automatically.
- For Google Play purchases, open the shop and tap Restore purchases.
- Still missing after 15 minutes? Email personal@ivankolle.com with the order number from your receipt (GPA.… for Google Play), the date and amount, and your player code from the game settings.
