The first version of the game is the start of the journey plus chapter one, Uzbekistan. Here's a short tour of what's in it. The game comes to Android first, iPhone later; we'll announce the release date once it's certain.
The prologue and chapter one
- The prologue — Vienna, the home where it all begins. This is where Pixie learns to run.
- Khiva — the old streets of Itchan Kala, clay walls, carts, water jars and irrigation ditches, with upper routes along the scaffolding. It ends with the “Dust Storm” finale.
- The Cotton Fields — a cotton gin, endless fields and a truck road, with high and low forks. It ends with the finale “The Sluices”, where the lanes flood one after another. More in a separate post.
Between runs the story carries on in short episodes. A new one unlocks each day, so you can take Pixie's journey at your own pace. The full route, from Khiva to a home in Vienna, is on the Map page.
Home, the shop and the Suitcase
- Home — Pixie greets you on the main screen, live and in 3D.
- The shop — Golden Bones, bundles, No Ads, Double Treats and the Pixie’s Club subscription. Prices are on the Shop & prices page.
- The Suitcase — everything Pixie owns. Try any item on her 3D model and turn her around before you put it on.
Outfits don't affect a run — they're purely for looks.
Every day
- Three daily tasks, with a reward for finishing the set.
- The daily challenge and a daily gift, with Golden Bones on day seven.
- Medals — bronze, silver and gold for points at every place along the way.
- The Lucky Paw — a second chance when a run ends. The game explains what it is and where it comes from.
How it's made
Every level is checked by a bot for fairness: there must be no stretch of track you simply can't get through. And the game's author plays every build on his own phone, fixing whatever feels dull, confusing or unfair.
What's next
The next stop is Moynaq, then Kazakhstan: Ustyurt and Mangystau. New places will arrive as updates.
